Richard Creighton

Richard’s journey began as an apprentice carpenter, specialising in high-end architectural builds. This experience ignited a passion that has since seen him build throughout Sydney and Newcastle. In 1984, Richard founded RJC Constructions, which later evolved into Sydneyside Contracting when he joined forces with his son, Matt. Together they have crafted exceptional residential and commercial construction projects for a selection of high-profile clients.

In addition to his skill in delivering complex high-end projects, Richard has garnered respect for his transparency and honesty. He’s not afraid to advise clients against overspending and share cost-effective solutions, qualities that have earned him the respect of architects, developers and homeowners alike.
